Terms of Use and Service
Last updated: September 15, 2026
1. Purpose and Nature of the Service
Will You Go is a digital tool for creating and sending customized mini-websites for informal invitations between individuals. The user creates a personalized page with their name, the invitee's name, options for days, times, and activities, sharing the link directly through messaging apps.
The invitee's confirmation sends an automatic email notification to the creator and temporarily stores choice data in the application's database for consultation via the edit link.
2. Right of Regret and Full Refund
You have 7 (seven) calendar days, starting from the payment date, to withdraw from the purchase and receive 100% of the amount paid, provided that the official invitation link has not yet been generated. The 7-day period complies with Article 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Defense Code (Código de Defesa do Consumidor — Law 8,078/90); generating the link is the milestone that concludes the provision of the service.
- Before generating the link, the risk is zero: you pay, review the invitation as much as you like, edit as many times as you want, and, if you change your mind within 7 days, you receive a full refund. Nothing has been delivered to anyone up to this point.
- Generating the link is the point of no return: upon clicking “Generate invite link” and confirming, the public URL goes live and the invitation is permanently frozen — this is the delivery of the service you contracted. From that click onward, the amount is no longer refundable.
- How to request: If you have not yet generated the official link and are within the statutory 7-day period, simply send an email to [email protected] stating the order identifier or your edit link. The refund will be processed using the original payment method.
3. Acceptable Use Policy (Conduct)
Will You Go was designed exclusively for moments of relaxation, lighthearted flirting, friendship, and consensual and respectful invitations. It is strictly prohibited to use the service to:
- Engage in any act of harassment, stalking, coercion, defamation, humiliation, or intimidation of third parties.
- Disseminate hate speech, racism, homophobia, transphobia, misogyny, or any form of discrimination.
- Carry out scams, phishing, social engineering, financial fraud, or dissemination of malicious links.
- Use offensive or pornographic language in open-text options or guest names.
Will You Go implements automated moderation filters for offensive words and provides a discreet report link on all public invitations. Invitations that are reported or violate these rules will be immediately deactivated without right to a refund.
4. Invitation Validity and Storage
To ensure invitation timeliness and respect for data privacy, the validity period is calculated from the generation of the link:
- “One date” plan (R$ 14,90): The public invitation link remains active for 30 days starting from the moment you click “Generate invite link” (and not from the payment date).
After the expiration of 30 days from link generation, the page displays an informational screen indicating an expired invitation and responses are permanently purged from our databases.
5. Editing, Permanent Freezing, and Link Custody
The invitation lifecycle was designed to ensure flexibility for the creator and integrity in delivering the proposal:
- Unlimited editing prior to generation: Even after payment is confirmed, you can continue editing all invitation details (texts, names, outing options, dates, and times) as many times as you want through your edit link, until you decide to generate the official link.
- Permanent freezing upon generation: Upon clicking “Generate invite link” and confirming the action, the invitation is permanently frozen. No information may be changed from that moment on, ensuring the recipient receives exactly what was configured.
- Custody of the access link: To avoid requiring logins, passwords, or invasive email collections, the edit link (
/en/editar/[token]) is your sole access key to edit the invitation (prior to generation) and to view the received responses (after generation). It remains saved in your browser, but it is your sole responsibility to save or bookmark it in a secure location.
6. Customer Support Channel
Questions, cancellation requests, technical support, or reports must be sent to:
